I’m sorry for the delayed newsletter today. Breaking news, I’m moving out of New York City! I won’t be far, but I spent all morning signing leases and doing all the boring, but exciting stuff. I’m not moving until October 19th, but the place is a HUGE upgrade and I can’t wait to share pictures of what it looks like once I’m moved in. Just so you know… I was able to find an apartment upgrading from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom 2-bath for LESS MONEY! That’s how insane NYC is right now in rent.

That said, I didn’t have MUCH time to handicap MLB today, but I made sure you’re covered with Jared Block from Trinity Analytics.

What I will tell you is, I am 8-1 when betting K props against the Yankees and I do think Patrick Sandoval should go over 5.5 Ks tonight. He’s gone over in 3 of 5 when facing a team with a high K rate against lefties. Sandoval had 7 Ks against the Yankees last year, but hasn’t faced them this year (advantage pitcher). The Yankees are averaging 5.8 Ks/start against lefties with 8 of the last 10 southpaw starters going over 5.5 Ks.
