Hey Prop Queen Subscribers —

Every week I update the full MLB Strikeout Rankings — a complete breakdown of all 30 teams sorted by how many Ks they allow per game and what percentage of their games go over the posted strikeout line.

Think of it as a cheat sheet for knowing, at a glance, which lineups you want your pitcher facing and which ones you want to avoid before you ever look at the odds.

The full charts are updated through today, June 25th and below you'll get a preview of what's inside.

Why the lefty/righty splits matter more than the overall numbers

The overall rankings are useful. But honestly? They're the floor, not the ceiling.

The real edge in these charts is in the vs. RHP and vs. LHP splits — and here's why that matters so much.

Let's say a team ranks right in the middle overall — nothing screaming at you. Then, when you break it down by handedness, you find out that same team is one of the most under-friendly lineups in baseball against left-handed pitching.

If the pitcher on the mound is a lefty, that middle-of-the-road overall ranking just became extremely relevant. You're not betting the team — you're betting how that team performs against this type of pitcher.

The splits also help you eliminate false edges. Sometimes a lineup looks great for an over based on their overall K numbers, but they've been getting by against righties while quietly being one of the toughest outs for lefties all season. Without the splits, you're only seeing half the picture.

Most public bettors never go this deep. They look at the matchup, they check the line and they bet. The splits are where the board narrows and where the actual conviction comes from.

What's in the full chart package

The complete K Rankings include:

  • Strikeout Average Rankings (Ks/start) — all 30 teams ranked from fewest Ks allowed to most, color-coded red (under-friendly) to green (over-friendly)

  • Over/Under Rankings — all 30 teams ranked by how often the strikeout total goes over the posted line.

  • Both broken into three splits: Overall, vs. RHP, and vs. LHP
