Morning Edition
Hi subscribers! I’m only going to have one big newsletter go out today. I’ll be at Yankees Opening Day (go figure) so won’t have time to put together a newsletter in the afternoon.
MLB season is here!!! Happy Opening Day to those who celebrate! Below are some helpful betting insights for today’s baseball slate (starting at 3 PM ET).
Mid Major Matt is also going to break down some college basketball with March Madness resuming action today!
Free subscribers will get access to Mid Major Matt’s March Madness prop analysis.
Only basic and premium subscribers can see today’s entire newsletter featuring MLB Opening Day stats and trends.
About Last Night…
Where the PQ Newsletter was RIGHT:
Wizards guard Jordan Poole went over his 2.5 3-pointers prop with 4 threes. (Keep this prop in mind for Poole vs. bad perimeter defenses).
Knicks forward OG Anunoby went over his 4.5 rebounds prop with 5.
Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns continued his success on second legs of back-to-backs with 34 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists.
Where the PQ Newsletter was WRONG:
Anunoby did not go under his 18.5 points prop. He racked up 28.
Nuggets guard Jamal Murray did not go over his 21.5 points prop. He had just 17 points. It was another guard, Christian Braun, who went over his prop against the Bucks (without Giannis and Dame). Braun had 19 points.

🔥 BETTING TIPS FOR MARCH MADNESS PROPS
The NCAA Tournament is back on Thursday night and there are two games that feature three point edges for one side. Let's take a look at a few potential props out there to exploit them.
BYU VS. ALABAMA - 7:09 PM ET
Opponents are shooting a ton of three pointers against BYU this season and are finding some success doing so as they are 247th in 3pt% defense.
VCU and Wisconsin had 73 attempts in two tourney games so far against them. Grant Nelson has made only 24 threes overall this season, but his number is 0.5 and he's had one in four of his last five games.
VCU's Jack Clark is 6'11 and he had two threes against the Cougars. Mouhamed Dioubate has only made 12 threes overall, but five of them have come in the last three games if you are looking for a potential long shot to hit one.
ARIZONA VS. DUKE - 9:39 PM ET
We've got a previous matchup to look at from November 22nd in Tucson, but I imagine more points will be scored on Thursday than the 69-55 contest earlier.
Tyrese Proctor is smoking hot from long range going 19 of 30 the last three games. He should find more success from there against an Arizona defense that allows a ton of three point attempts (276th in 3PA/FGA).
