Afternoon Edition - May 8th, 2025
Hi subscribers! Hopefully premium members tailed the Kris Bubic over 5.5 Ks from this morning’s newsletter. He went over against the White Sox this afternoon.
It’s a smaller slate tonight in the NBA and MLB. There are still some edges in the market to take advantage of. I’ve added two new sections of the newsletter showcasing hot streaks and stats to know for the MLB games tonight.

The NBA playoffs continue tonight with the Warriors taking on the Timberwolves without Steph Curry. Since this morning’s newsletter, I have updated the prop numbers below.
Sports betting researcher Jessica Brand’s favorite NBA prop of the night is below as well.
Don’t forget to subscribe to the Prop Queen Sports YouTube Channel! Today FanDuel’s Jim Sannes discussed the upcoming MLB and NASCAR slate. Host of Ringer Podcast’s New York New York John Jastremski talked about the excitement of New York sports.

About Last Night…
Where the PQ Newsletter was RIGHT:
Giants left hander Robbie Ray went under 5.5 Ks with five strikeouts in six innings against the Cubs.
Knicks small forward Mikal Bridges just got over his 13.5 points prop with 14 points against the Celtics.
Knicks star point guard Jalen Brunson went under his 26.5 points prop with 17 points.
OG Anunoby had a let down game going under his 16.5 points prop with just five points.
Celtics guard Jaylen Brown went over his 15.5 points prop with 20 points.
The Nikola Jokic rebounds + assists prop was definitely fishy. It went under 21.5/22.5 as Jokic had just 14 R+A against OKC.
Nuggets guard Christian Braun went under his 5.5 rebound prop grabbing two boards.
OKC power forward Chet Holmgren went over 7.5 rebounds with 11 last night against the Nuggets.
Where the PQ Newsletter was WRONG:
Guardians left hander Logan Allen did not go over 3.5 Ks agains the Nationals. He had just three strikeouts in four innings.
Mariners right hander Bryan Woo did not go under 5.5 Ks. He had six strikeouts in six innings against the A’s.
Rangers starter Tyler Mahle did not go over 4.5 Ks against the Red Sox. Somehow he managed zero strikeouts against one of the more strikeout prone lineups in baseball.
Braves starter Grant Holmes did not go over 5.5 Ks. He had just five in 5.1 IP against the Reds.
Celtics All Star Jayson Tatum did not have a big night. He went under his 28.5 points prop with 13 points and under his 5.5/6.5 assists prop with five assists.
Jaylen Brown just went under his 21.5 points prop with 20 points.
Christian Braun did not go over his 11.5 points prop. He put up just three points last night.
Michael Porter Jr. continued to disappoint in the playoffs as he had just eight points going under his 10.5 points prop.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander went over his 7.5 assists prop with eight assists.
