⚾️ 🏀 The Prop Queen Newsletter

Afternoon Edition - May 15th, 2025

Hi subscribers! In this afternoon’s newsletter, I’ve included batters to watch, strikeout props to watch and NBA trends for tonight’s playoff games. This morning in the premium newsletter, subscribers got prop insights for today’s afternoon slate in MLB. There aren’t many games tonight in sports so it’s a shorter newsletter today.

Sports betting researcher Jessica Brand also provides her favorite NBA and MLB prop of the day.

Don’t forget to subscribe to the Prop Queen Sports YouTube Channel!

Tune into the Prop Queen Pod weekdays from 5-6 PM ET for my favorite bets from the newsletter plus great analysis from guests!

On today’s show, SportsGrid’s Tom Vecchio gave out MLB, NHL and NBA props and Circa’s Vice President of Operations Mike Palm talked all things NFL scheduling and NBA/NHL playoffs.

Free subscribers will get access to Batters to Watch. Only basic and premium subscribers can see today’s entire newsletter including games:

About Last Night…

Where the PQ Newsletter went RIGHT:

  • Celtics shooting guard Jaylen Brown went over his 25.5 points prop with 26 points against the Knicks.

  • Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski finally had the big game without Steph. He went over his 11.5 points prop with 28 points.

  • It was another big night for Timberwolves power forward Julius Randle who went over his 21.5/22.5 points prop with 29 points. He also had eight rebounds and five assists.

  • Timberwolves power forward Jaden McDaniels went over his 12.5 points prop putting up 14 on the Warriors. (Royal Lock)

Where the PQ Newsletter went WRONG:

  • Diamondbacks southpaw Eduardo Rodriguez did not go over his 5.5 K prop. He had four in four innings against the Giants.

  • Royals starter Michael Lorenzen did not go under his 4.5 K prop. He had five in 7.1 innings against the Astros.

  • Kristaps Porzingis completely lied about his health and feeling better. He supposedly had trouble breathing yesterday which is why he only played 12 minutes with one point and one rebound. (Royal Lock)

  • Draymond Green did not go under his 8.5 points prop. He had 10 points.
