⚾️ 🏀 The Prop Queen Newsletter

Afternoon Edition - April 29th, 2025

Happy Tuesday subscribers! Since this morning’s premium newsletter, I’ve added batters to watch and fishy lines for today’s MLB slate. I’ve also included the Bucks stats without Damian Lillard this season.

Yesterday’s slate validated exactly why I do this newsletter each day. On the Prop Queen Pod, my two best bets did not hit. However, every other K prop and fishy line I gave out yesterday in the newsletter cashed. I don’t always narrow down the list perfectly, but I know my long list in the newsletter helps give you winners.

Access the updated MLB Pitcher Prop Spreadsheet here. The spreadsheet gives you more averages and trends for pitcher props in these markets: outs, runs allowed, hits allowed, strikeouts and lefty/righty splits.

Sports betting researcher Jessica Brand gives her favorite MLB & NBA props of the night below.

On today’s Prop Queen Pod, my good friend Hakeem Profit is coming on to address his Lakers meltdown. He said, “I’m not running away from the Prop Queen Pod chat.” We’ll talk more NBA too. NHL.com’s Troy Perlowitz will also break down players with value tonight in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Free subscribers will get access to the MLB prop spreadsheet. Only basic and premium subscribers can see today’s entire newsletter including games:

About Last Night…

Where the PQ Newsletter was RIGHT:

  • The Houston Astros cashed the fishy line with a 8-5 win over the Detroit Tigers.

  • The Miami Marlins also “cashed” the fishy line the way the newsletter said to play it. Whether you took Marlins run line or team total over 3.5 runs, the fish lost 7-6 to the Dodgers.

  • Guardians right hander Gavin Williams went under his 5.5 strikeout prop fanning just two Twins in two innings.

  • Cardinals righty Andre Pallante went over his 3.5 K prop with 4 Ks vs. Cincinnati.

  • Reds starter Nick Martinez went under his 4.5 K prop with 3 strikeouts against the Cardinals.

Where the PQ Newsletter was WRONG:

  • Astros righty Ronel Blanco did not go under his 5.5 K prop. He had six against the Tigers.

  • Dodgers starter Dustin May did not go over his 5.5 K prop. He had just three against the Marlins.

  • Jessica Brand’s prop for Steph Curry over 5.5 assists did not hit. He had just three against the Rockets. Her prop for Griffin Canning under 4.5 Ks lost on the last two batters. He struck out five.
