About Last Night…
Where the PQ Newsletter was RIGHT:
Yesterday’s fishy line hit as the Diamondbacks hit a grand slam in the 8th inning to beat the Yankees 7-5. Diamondbacks ML.
Yankees right hander Will Warren went under his 4.5 strikeout prop with 4 Ks.
Guardians southpaw Logan Allen went under his 3.5 strikeout prop against the Padres fanning one batter.
Cubs starter Justin Steele just got over his 5.5 strikeout prop with 6 Ks.
Magic small forward Franz Wagner just got over his 23.5 points prop with 24 points.
Giannis had a big night for Milwaukee without Kevin Durant on the other side for the Suns. He had 37 points with 5 rebounds and 11 assists.
Suns forward Ryan Dunn continues to have low scoring games without Kevin Durant. He had just 5 points with an 8.5 points prop.
Where the PQ Newsletter was WRONG:
Kyle Kuzma had a terrible night for the Bucks posting 12 points. He did not go over his 16.5 points prop.

🔥 Hornets at Pacers - 7:00 PM ET
Hornets Without LaMelo Ball
If you haven’t been paying attention, I’m sorry because you’ve missed out on a lot of money. The Charlotte Hornets have played 22 games this season without LaMelo Ball (who’s out for the season). Two players have excelled this season in his absence, Miles Bridges and Mark Williams. Tonight, the Hornets get the Indiana Pacers who have allowed the third most points in the paint. Here’s how Bridges and Williams do in these spots:
GAMES W/O LAMELO | BRIDGES | WILLIAMS |
---|---|---|
OVERALL | 20 GAMES 21.5 PPG 9.1 REB 4.8 AST | 13 GAMES 15.9 PPG 10.8 REB 2.4 AST |
GAMES TOGETHER | 11 GAMES 19.4 PPG 9.2 REB 5.7 AST | 11 GAMES 18.8 PPG 12.8 REB 2.8 AST |
VS. BOTTOM 10 PTS ALLOWED IN THE PAINT | 9 GAMES 23.3 PPG 10.1 REB 5.3 AST | 7 GAMES 18 PPG 12 REB 2.6 AST |
PROPS | PTS: 21.5 REB: 6.5 AST: 4.5 | PTS: 15.5 REB: 10.5 AST: N/A |
The books have adjusted to Bridges. It’s only taken them all season. Last game, Bridges’ rebounds prop was 5.5 and his assists prob was 3.5. I’d still take Bridges overs (as I have all season).
Mark Williams points also always intrigues me in these spots. I know it’s a gross game, but the Pacers still struggle in the paint. Indiana center Myles Turner is questionable with an illness so keep an eye on that as well. Looking at the last five forwards/centers to face the Pacers:
D. Sabonis 25-16-0
J. Williams 18-2-6 / I. Hartenstein 4-5-1
A. Sarr 22-7-1
LeBron 13-13-7
R. Gobert 16-16-3
Mark Williams can definitely put up points tonight. Looking at these last few games, it looks like one player grabs all the rebounds as opposed to multiple players getting multiple rebounds. I could see Hartenstein going 18 and 10 or 15 and 12. I just didn’t want to choose points or rebounds so I may combine them and hope one helps the other.
