⚾️🏀 The Prop Queen Newsletter

Afternoon Edition - Thursday May 29th, 2025

Hi subscribers! I hope you also had a profitable night last night following the newsletter and the Prop Queen Pod.

Included in this afternoon’s newsletter, is Batters to Watch, Who’s Hot, Fishy Lines and NBA prop edges for tonight’s Pacers-Knicks game. There weren’t any good strikeout props on this small slate. In fact, there are just six days this season with five or less MLB games. Today is one of them (not including season opening Japan).

Sports betting researcher Jessica Brand also provides her favorite NBA and MLB props of the day.

Don’t forget to subscribe to the Prop Queen Sports YouTube Channel!

Tune into the Prop Queen Pod weekdays from 5-6 PM ET for my favorite bets from the newsletter plus great analysis from guests!

Today’s guests are WagerTalk’s Gianni The Greek and VSiN’s Matt Grissom. Gianni will talk about this weekend’s UFC card and all the sharp action for tonight. Matt is coming on to give the edge for this weekend’s college baseball regionals slate!

Free subscribers will get access to Batters to Watch. Only basic and premium subscribers can see today’s entire newsletter including games:

About Last Night…

Where the PQ Newsletter was RIGHT:

  • Twins right hander Pablo Lopez went under his 5.5 K prop with three strikeouts in five innings against the Rays.

  • Marlins starter Sandy Alcantara went under his 4.5 K prop. He had ZERO strikeouts through four innings against the Padres yesterday. Alcantara is yet to hit five strikeouts against a low K rate team this season.

  • Orioles lefty Cade Povich went over his 4.5 K prop with nine strikeouts in 4.2 innings over the Cardinals. Southpaws are now 12-3 o/u their K prop against St. Louis.

  • Mariners righty George Kirby went under his 5.5 K prop with four strikeouts in five innings against the Nationals.

  • Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander went over his 7.5 assists prop with 8 against the TWolves last night.

  • Anthony Edwards went under his 26.5 points prop with 19 points. (99% bets and money were on his over).

  • Rudy Gobert went under his 7.5 points prop with two points.

Where the PQ Newsletter was WRONG:

  • Rays right hander Drew Rasmussen did not go under his 4.5 K prop. He had five strikeouts in six innings against the Twins.

  • Yankees righty Clarke Schmidt did not go over his 6.5 K prop. He had just four through six innings against the Angels.

  • Jalen Williams did not go over his 21.5 points prop. He had 19.
