It's time to look at the week five college football situational spots

🔥 Lookahead Spots

Vanderbilt vs. Utah State (before road trip to Alabama) - The Commodores dispatched Georgia State easily last week and has Alabama up next whom they beat last year. The Aggies are coached by Bronco Mendenhall and have been a pleasant surprise so far this season. I don't think Diego Pavia will let Vandy play badly, but this is a potential sleepy spot.

- Boise State vs. App State (Road trip to Notre Dame up next) - With a loss already, Boise State needs to beat Notre Dame next week to get back into the G5 playoff race. Standing in their way is an App State team that can throw the ball all over the field and take advantage of a porous Broncos secondary.
