🔥 NC State at Wake Forest

NC State (-7.5) Total 51.5

The Demon Deacons are 2-0 with victories over Kennesaw State and Western Carolina. The defense has been stellar so far, but how much of that is because of the competition and how much is because the unit has improved. Last year Wake Forest won in Raleigh 34-30 so you know the Wolf Pack want to return the favor here. The Deacs are 8-14-1 ATS the last ten seasons as home underdogs so that's a concern. NC State is coming off an impressive win over Virginia 35-31. The Wolf Pack defense will focus most of their efforts on slowing down Demond Claiborne. Normally, I'd be concerned about the road team on a short week, but this is a very short trip. NC State isn't a great road favorite so the value may be in the over if you think the home team will find some success. If not, look at Under 23.5 points for Wake Forest.
