Scott Abell has the Owls off to a 2-1 start as they begin AAC play. He's got them running a hybrid triple option scheme which will be very difficult to prepare for on a short week. Charlotte has gone the other direction starting 1-2 with a win over an FCS opponent. The 49ers are 2-7 ATS the last two seasons as a home underdog. I don't really love their offense very much and feel like Rice on the moneyline is worth a look. The Owls have been a road favorite just eight times the last 10 seasons so this is a rare situation for them.
