Weather: Perfect conditions
Opt-Outs/Transfers: Louisiana Tech has four defensive players in the portal. Coastal has three starting OL in the portal and is without their coach who was fired after the season.
Motivation: Both should be motivated but LT is obviously closer to home which should help.
Edges: Coastal has an awful run defense. Louisiana Tech is pretty solid across the board although the unit got worse at the end of the season.
Verdict: I'd be looking at Clay Thevenin, Andrew Burnette and Trey Kukuk touchdown props potentially. Almost anyone who could run the ball could score on the Chanticleers. Otherwise, I'm passing here.
